To register and use the d63 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations. All transactions on d63 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, and d63 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. d63 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside d63's control. Any funds deposited must be used for gaming activity on the platform and may not be deposited solely for the purpose of transferring or converting currency.

Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or breaching any applicable law or regulation. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting d63 support, and any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. d63 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was carried out in good faith based on available evidence.
d63 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond d63's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features, and d63 will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d63's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. d63 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits d63's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
d63 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. Your continued use of the d63 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
